How to get rid of this spam email

I've been getting this spam email from different email address, with different text and colors.  Is there a way to filter this out?  I use Outlook.

Here is a screenshot of what the spam kind of looks like.

Here is the source code of the email.

Greetings, sarniscool !

If the body text remains the same, you can set a mail rule to fitler the spam to Trash.  If nothing remains the same, you cannot filter it.  Report it as spam in Outlook.

Best wishes!

ASKER

Nothing is the same, the text, colors, email adress always changes.  So there is no hope?
You can report the spam to Spamcop or FTC.  But there is nothing you can do to block the spam emails immediately.
Hardware and software solutions wouldn't stop it?  I mean, I don't get this type of email from Gmail which I consider as one of the top companies out there that does a great job at spamming out emails.
sarniscool,

I thought you are asking about blocking spam within Outlook. There is a third party program solution.

SpamBully will stop the type of spam.

I'm up for anything.  Free solutions are always better of course. :)
