Exchange User Profile Auto Creation

Hello Experts!

Looking for some input and advice on a minor issue I have in my company.

Let me set the table...

Exchange 2000 with a mixture of Outlook 2000/XP/2003 clients.

Users often log onto other computers in the company to check their email. Of course the Outlook profile is not created and they have to call support to configure the client to access the Exchange server.

Roaming Profiles are not a good solution due to the diversity of systems and applications installed on the systems

Educating the users on how to create their profile hasn't helped.

So the questions is how do you experts handle this situation?  I would think there would be a simple script or something that would take care of creating a users email profile when the user logs onto a new machine.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Thank you all for responding.

I found a solution to this question, but for everyones input I have split the points between you all.

What I ended up with was a nifty little program that I run from a log on script.  The program is from Goff Concepts and is called Outlook Profiler.

With this I can not only set up the users exchange profile, but I can set certain options across multiple versions of Outlook.
