Out of the Box Open Ports ISA

Hi all, trust you are well.

Installed MS SBS Premium for a client. Client needs to be able to get to a site https://some.domainname.com:8443

He cant. Possbily the ISA blocking it? How do i "open" these ports / or fix this? Standard outofthebox installation - havent done nothing yet.

Thanks, but is it UDP TCP etc ? Inbound, outbind, inside outside up down.... How do i find that out?
