Terminal Services Question

Hola! But seriously...we have a site in Mexico, and one employee is trying to connect to our server via RDP.  He can connect just fine, but thats not the problem. Couple of things:

1. His drives will redirect, but when you try to navigate to them, they will not open.
2. His printer, an HP Laserjet 4000 PCL, will not install itself on the server.  The server has the proper drivers installed, and in fact, other Laserjet 4000 PCL printers will connect perfectly.

Is there maybe a port issue that is conflicting with this?  Does RDP use a hidden port besides 3389 that it uses for redirection? Let me know as soon as you can.

What does it say in the logs when his printer is connecting

Nothing...no errors at all

1.is the printer working locally (IE is it on when hes connecting to the terminal session)

2.a tick in the printer tab on  rdp
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.

nope just 3389, if you have a really bad link then you may get errors....
