NT4 Scheduled tasks not working

I have a server running NT4. I have a batch file that I want to use to backup Exchange. I am able to schedule the task using the AT command and the scheduler service is running however my task doesn't run. There's nothing in the event viewer about it either.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

err, if you are just using NTBACKUP('m assumimg); you will not get a good backup of the edb file, along with any other opened files.  A backup solution (like Veritas) would be the recommended backup course as these packages will have open agents that will permit a good backup.  Veritas will have its own scheduling mechanism

You can use the scheduler and NTbackup to archive flat files (e.g. .DOC, .XLS, .TXT, etc).  And depending on what you do, it may be a question of running the NTbackup with the administrator account, providing the full path to the executable in question and I believe also if you are embedding bacth files in batch files use 'Run batchfilename.bat' or 'call batchfilename.bat' one of those two commands will work.

if you want, post the batch file in question.
