Sembee,

We used IMF until recently, when it began to let dozens per person per day through (granted, mostly due to poor user e-mail management control -- signing up for junk with their work address).  Every update would help a little, but the amount eventually become colossal.  We quit using it about four months ago.  Has it improved substantially since then?
It doesn't work for everyone. I have sites where it does the job very well, and others where is doesn't do it very well at all. You have to adjust the settings. Also ensure that it is configured to automatically update - as Microsoft release updates for it at regular intervals.

Simon.
