Outlook Express print button closes program

When trying to print using print button or control P shortcut, the program closes without printing.
This program is outlook express (not outlook) from IE6 latest upgrade Using XP pro with sp2.
Please help!

1. Register an important Outlook file. Go to Start > Run and type regsvr32 OLE32.DLL

2. Check if DBX file is corrupt. Perform a repair with
Macallan

3. Create a new Outlook Express identity.

4. Repair or Reinstall Outlook Express.

Thank you for your advice! We are up and running... You are probably aware of the fact that I added a user account in OE (with admin priv) to an existing computer. In this order... suggestion #1 completed.  Suggestion #2 not needed. Suggestion #3 completed and we are up and running. Happy there was no need to reinstall ie6.
