Error 504 Gateway Timeout AOL
Hello Experts!
I have two websites setup on a shared hosted server (site1.com and site2.com). I'm using the Alldomains.com domain name forwarding service to direct requests for site2.com to a folder on the site1.com server (site1.com/folder/index.ht m).
I have an AOL/RoadRunner cable user who is getting an AOL 504 gateway timeout error when trying to access site2.com via the AOL browser. The AOL user can access site1.com without a problem and (I probably don't need to point this out - but) can also access site 2 using "site1.com/folder/".
If I ask the user to access site2.com with the Internet Explorer browser, everything works fine. I'm not sure how widespread this is as I only have a report from this single user.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
TIA
