Chart Wizard Grayed Out

Hello Experts!

In Office 2003, for an excel file, the icon for the chart wizard is grayed out.
Also, Insert --> 'chart wizard' is also grayed out.

Even if I created another worksheet in the file, the chart wizard is grayed out.

Is there any reason why it's grayed out? Can we still use chart wizard?

TIA!

Oh. You're great. It think it has to do with shared b/c it's on the network drive and I just copied it. How can I tell if it's share and how can it be disabled? Thanks!
Tools->Share Workbook and uncheck "Allow changes by ..."

WoW Ho. You're the best. Thanks for the quick help!
Hi allanau20,

By the way, it is a super bad idea to use that 'share workbook' functionality.  The consensus opinion here is
that it makes workbooks too vulnerable to coirruption to be worthwhile.  If you really need to allow multiple
people into the file at once, use a real database app instead.
