I have a windows 2000 pro machine that is using Internet explorer 6.0.2. &nbsp;The user wants to be able to see/open adobe files on the web. &nbsp;They have adobe installed on their PC. &nbsp;So I tried to install an Adobe add-on. &nbsp;Unfortunately, the ADD-ON Manager is not available in their Internet Explorer. &nbsp;I thought maybe they needed an update but when I downloaded and tried to install the latest IE update ibut it said they are up to date.<br />

A font is a particular size, weight and style of a typeface. Each font is a matched set of type, one piece (called a "sort") for each glyph, and a typeface consists of a range of fonts that share an overall design. With the advent of digital typography, font is frequently synonymous with typeface, although the two terms do not necessarily mean the same thing. In particular, the use of "vector" or "outline" fonts means that different sizes of a typeface can be dynamically generated from one design. Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers. It is the successor to Windows NT 4.0, and is the last version of Microsoft Windows to display the "Windows NT" designation. All versions of the operating system support NTFS 3.0, Encrypting File System, as well as basic and dynamic disk storage. The Windows 2000 Server family includes support for Active Directory services, Distributed File System and fault-redundant storage volumes.
