How do I create and enforce an Email Signature Template on Exchange 2003
Hi,
Perhaps my terminology is incorrect when I ask anyone how do I create an email signature template and enforce it from exchange server 2003?
You know how you may have a signature setup to insert into your email automatically (using Outlook)? Well I need to be able to create a master signature that includes a specific font and such, with just the ability for the end user to include their info without being able to modify the overall scheme of the signature.
Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up? We need some kind of common signature between all the users, instead of everyone creating whatever they like.
Thanks
