Graphics editing

I have a project where I am to edit graphics files for the auto industry, approximately 6,000 graphic files in jpg format everyday.  So, needless to say, viewing the pics are not necessary.  The graphics need to be cropped.
Can somebody point me in the right direction for what I need to look for?  Is there a particular .NET library that can do such a thing? I'm primarily an ASP.NET programmer, so the world of graphics is extremely new to me.

This link contains a class that will crop and resize images. So you can just copy and paste into your project, no need to learn it lol.
