One of my users sent and email to an incorrectly spelt email address. She recieved a bounced message stating that it could not connect to the server. Now every 7 days she recieves the message below.
Subject: Expired Delivery Retry Notification (7 days ): FW: corporate brochure
This is the mail delivery agent at messagelabs.com.
I was not able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)
Despite repeated attempts, this message could not be delivered.
Is Outlook repeatedly trying to send the message and if so how can I stop it. Or should I be contacting Messagelabs whom scans all our external emails?
