Hello EE,

Our corporation is setting a computer GPO to set the default homepage to an internal site that is not accesiable to the outside world. What we are looking to do is if a remote user is not VPN'ed in or on the local network that there defualt homepage is sent to a working outside website pr they are redirected to it.

Possibily a secondary default page?

Thanks for all your input

not with GPO. policy is for default page and thats it, your option would be separate users for VPN and a different policy, although that option sucks :)
