Outlook 2003 - Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure

Yesterday uninstalled Norton Internet Security. I also updated the OS (XP HOME SP2) and the Office products via Microsoft update. I am getting the above referenced message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
