Can someone please help me, i ve heard alot about your service so i decided to sign up...

Question:

I am getting this NDR

From:       System Administrator  
Sent:      Thursday, October 19, 2006 12:09 PM
To:      Michael Graham
Subject:      Undeliverable: RE: SAR 0515 SQ FT AREA CALCULATIONS

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      RE: SAR 0515 SQ FT AREA CALCULATIONS

            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.

I did a search and cant find anything exaclty like this, their is your occational relay issue...but never seen over the Quota, user that sent email which is CEO is not over the limit, if anything he has no limit set...his idea...
please help

That usually means the recipient is over the quota.
Was this being sent to an internal or an external recipient?

its an external account, just found out its an aol account, so it might be over the limit or quota

I expected it to be an external account as the message is an SMTP message. Nothing you can do about that. The recipient needs to deal with the problem.
