Previous System admin has Group policy  locking down Temporary Internet settings.

Here is a screen shot of what is locked out, its on tools > inet options > then right there on the general tab is setting under temporary internet files and history settings.

So what is your question?  Do you want to remove the policy?  Change it? ???

i found it, user config > admin temps > win comps > ie > temp files, disable. Thanks
