Message missing from POP3 Connector Manager downloads

I have been downloading from 6 different pop3 accounts all different domains using SBS2003 for nearly a year.  This week the messages stopped appearing in the recepient mailboxes.  The only thing I can recall changing is the Default Policy Properties.  I removed the checkmarks next to the domains that were not my home domain to prevent Exchange from creating the 6 different email domains when I add a new user to the system.  I replaced the checkmarks and I believe we are getting a few messages inbound now, but need to wait for new mail to arive.

My Connector Manager hs an option to specify the mailbox for undeliverable mail, but it is pointing to my person account, and I did not get any mail.

My biggest problem is messages since Monday are missing.  I checked the other domains via webmail, and the inboxes are empty.  Where did the messages go?  Are they in a bad mail folder somewhere on the server?

Regards
Bill
