Exchange 2003 Send as permission

Am tring to allow certain users to select a email group as the from address when sending emails - but keep getting permission errors.

Have added the user to the distribution group in question but still same error ?

Dear Matmos,

I belive there is some configuration issue with send as permission. Can you kindly check with below article whether the permissions are right

Setting send as permissions for a user id or Distribution is same for both. So follow the above article.

If you still face the error then post the error you get in the application log. it will be more helpful to debug this issue
