Out of Memory 15

This machine is running Windows XP Pro on an Intel Pentium M processor with 504 MB of RAM.  An attempt to run Word Perfect 9 gives a little pop-up message with the title "Perfect".  In the message next to the familiar X it reads "Out of memory 15" then and gives nice little "Ok" to click on.   After this Word perfect is kind enough to start up.  Any attempt to actually open a document results in a short wait before the familiar WinXP error reporting window pops up.  After this the application quits.

When you try to run WordPerfect are you logged on as an Administrator or just a User? If this occurs when you are not an Administrator then take a look at this similar problem:

It is for a Windows 2000 system, but they are similar so it may apply.

OK - I solved the problem the old fashioned way.  I ended up uninstalling the software and removing all registry entries associated with it.  Tedious but, necessary.  I then reinstalled with version 12 - no problems so far.
