How to read email contents from inbox

Dear Experts,
              I am working in C Sharp and going to start a project where i've to read emails from inbox. In this project what the application will do is; application remains in running mode and after specific time it will check for certain email addresses (inbox) and if any unread emails  there, then application will read the contents of such emails and save them to database.
              Is there any help that dot net provides in that respect or i've to use some third party controls.

It depens on the "inboxes". If they support POP3 you could use this for example:
