Hi,

Can anyone help/point me in the right direction toward setting a global email signature policy as I want to stop users adding fancy signatures?  I would like if possible to apply a corporate signature to all users.

We are running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients.

Cheers,

Dear Nael_Shahid,

E-mail signature is client based setting. I belive that there is no global setting with which you can set e-amil signature policy.

Cheers!
