HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden

i set up a website in my server and try to browser from website and i get either this error or is asking me to log in and i want to be able to view in any web browser with no authentication.

What website server software?    IIS version?

For the Directory Security of your website,  Do you have    Allow Anonymous      

If so,   Which user is being used to access website?  Have you checked that uesr in AD or Users for any problems?
