Forced install timer expired for scheduled install

Configuration:
Dell P4 systems with XP Pro, SP2
Novell 6.5 Small Business Suite Network OS
Sonicwall TZ170 Firewall

Windows XP:
Windows Update set to autodownload and install.
There is a "no" group policy set to stop updating.
BITS is active.

Firewall:
Have enabled HTTP Byte-Range requests with Gateway AV
Have enabled FTP 'REST' requests with Gateway AV
Have enabled Access to HTTP Proxy Servers
Have set about 8 different Microsoft web addresses to allowed domains
Java and ActiveX are not blocked.

Windows update is not working.  When it tries to run we get the message "Forced install timer expired for scheduled install".

If I go to the MS Windows Update site, there is no problem doing an update.

Any ideas?

In the content filtering section do you have those 8 sites added to the trusted domains as well as the allowed domains?
