I've found some nice code to create frames at

http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_frame_cols

My question is what does frame_a.htm look like?

<html>

<frameset cols="25%,50%,25%">

  <frame src="frame_a.htm">
  <frame src="frame_b.htm">
  <frame src="frame_c.htm">

</frameset>

</html>

ba272,

It will look like a normal html file.  Complete html, head and body tags.  You can get some information on them at http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_frames.asp.

Let me know if you have any questions or need more information.

Of course keep in mind that although it will have all of the html it will only take up part of the browser.  In this case 25% so you have to limit the content.
