Moving mailboxes between two exchange servers

We had a setup of one exchange server 2003 with all the mailboxes.
.We have now implemented an exchange cluster and migrated all the mailboxes
I am having a problem with movin only one particular mailbox to th enew cluster. when I use the qwizard to move this particulat mailbox, the destination server field appears blank and grayed.
What coud be wrong? I didnt had=ve any problem in moving any othe rmailbox including the administrator.

Hi masood,

Is this a regular user mailbox?

If so, then I would be inclined to bypass the problem - exmerge the mailbox out to a PST file, delete the mailbox, recreate it on the new server, and then exmerge the data back into the mailbox.
