STOP: C000021a Unknown Hard Error With Windows 2003

Hi all.

I have a pc with:
Intel Pentium III processor 966 MHz
256 MB Ram
40 GB HDD


and i am trying to install Windows 2003 Standard Server to be as Fax server. But during installing i go this message "STOP: C000021a Unknown Hard Error". i tried many time to reboot and reinstall.. but nothing changed. Then i try to install Windows XP Pro and works well.

What can i do to solve this error?

clean your server disk :)

just give your 2003 disk a clean, if the xp install works then its a media error
