Want to upgrade the domino ver 5.0.13a with about 700 clients to version 6.5.4 (both server & clients)

What is the functions enhance of ver 6 compared to ver. 5?

What is the detail upgrade procedure of the server and notes clients upgarde?

Please give detail!

I would upgrade to R 6.5.5 with FP1 which is the latest R6, although R 7.0.2 is already out.
