My trusty old desktop needs HD and Graphic upgrades
ABIT KG7 supports graphics cards AGP x4 and Ultra DMA 100 HD
Please suggest a specific reasonably high end graphic card and HD (7200 rpm, 100 to 200 GB)
thank you

You didn't mention what your budget is, if your BIOS is capable of recognizing more than 130GB, nor what you will be using this machine for (gaming, office apps, encoding, etc).  A very good 3D AGP graphics card is the Geforce 7800GS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814143046.  I would recommend a 250GB drive, since that is closer to the best GB/$ right now and it doesn't cost much more than a 100-200GB drive.  Seagate or Samsung would be my choices for a quiet, reliable brand.
