Hi

We are using a Linksys WAP54G as a WAP.

To enter the web interface, there doesn't seem to be a way to specify a username - it is blank - although you can set the password.

I'm sure it's very simple, but does anyone know how to set a username?!

Thx

This device does not implement a username and password, only a password. We use many of these, and even originally contacted Linksys support about it. This same statement has also been made on several security related websites like the one below:
http://www.aspfree.com/c/a/Windows-Security/Hardening-Wireless-LAN-Connections-Part-1/5/
It is about half way down the page.
