hello i am getting this message when i am sending a email and this is happenning sometime.

Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1 k9KIRRTb005185 This message does not comply with required standards.' (delivery attempts: 0)
Reporting-MTA: dns; smtp02.bis.na.blackberry.com

This is something that you will have to take up with whoever runs your email server. The message isn't being sent in the required format or the server isn't correctly configured.

Issue was resolved as shown below:

 

·         Open Entourage 2008

·         Click on Entourage

·         Select Preferences:

·         Select Mail & News Preferences from left menu

·         Select Reply & forward 

·         Uncheck checkbox Reply to messages in the format in which they were sent

·         Select Compose from left menu

·         Change Mail format to Plain Text

·         Click OK

·         Close and Exit Entourage.
