Outlook signature images disappear after two replies

I have a client who is using a Picture in her signature.   When she opens a new mail the sig comes up fine.  She can email me a message with the sig and it shows up fine on my machine.
I can reply to her and she will see both my sig and hers fine. She can reply back to me and ill see both sig fine but when I reply back to her the 2nd time she will not be able to see 1 or both of the signature images.  I have disabled all security settings in Outlook for troubleshooting so I know its not a security setting, Yet this happens everytime on the 2nd reply.

Any Ideas?

Greetings, Digitalreach !

Does a signature get added each time you reply and your client reply. To file may be too bid to hold all the signatures.  Embedded signature is actually an attachment.  Is there a size limit to attachment from your host or ISP?

Delete the original signature, and the following signature should go through.

Best wishes!

Thanks for the reply war1.
Nope no size limits on the attachments. We run their exchange server so I have disabled that on her account for troubleshooting.
Removing one of the previous signatures in the email after the 2nd reply and this starts happening doesn't have any effect on displaying the other signatures.

Does the client have MS Word as editor?  Disable it or toggle the setting.  MS Word as editor has cause many Outlook problems.

Have tried disabling word as her email editor and still have same problem.

Am on the ropes as to whether reinstalling Outlook from scratch will solve this problem.

The signature file is likely getting corrupted after several replies back and forth and going back and forth between several email clients. So reinstalling Outlook will not fix it.  A text file signature will be retained.

Ok thanks for the information, any idea how to stop it from becoming corrupted?  Is this because of a temp directory that the image is being put in?  Are images in signatures stored in a directory when you receive mail from someone with a signature?

HTML file signature file can be corrupted if reused several times.  Temporary storage in Temp files is part of the problem. Each email client has it own temp storage type. So the different formats of email clients will eventually corrupt a HTML file.  A text signature file is more difficult to corrupt.
