Help I have a user, who can not add or remove enteries to her personal address book. when she tries she gets 'an error has occured. The list of members was not changed as one or more of the selected members can not be added'. I have removed and readded the adress book and have tried adding and removing several people but get the same issue. Could not find any help on the Microsoft website either. I have upgrade to 2003 but no luck either.

I have  ince tried the  Mail.PAB file on another machine and this works fine.

User is running on Win2k SP4

Why are you still using a PAB with Outlook 2003? Import the contents in to the Contact folder. If the PAB has been around for a while then it has probably got corrupt.
