User Roles Configuration

I inherited a network with the users permissions in place etc.
I am migrating from a Windows 2000 Server to a SBS 2003
I would like apply the template SBS User roles to the current user set overriding the current configuration.

Q? Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?
Note:  there are only about 35 users on the network.

Sure, just run the Change User Permissions Wizard to apply the template of your choice.  Select "replace" instead of "in addition to" when running the wizard so that all current settings will be overwritten.
