I am looking for a MPEG4 Java solution which is capable of taking raw compressed frames and decompressing them for display as standard Images.<br />

I've looked into the IBM toolkit (<a href="http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/tk4mpeg4" rel="ugc nofollow">http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/tk4mpeg4</a>) but this apparently only streams full files from the web. &nbsp;The solution I am looking for would be used in a real-time streaming environment.<br />

If necessary I can provide a windows application that is capable of taking raw video from a web-cam or other source and after compressing each frame it will write the frame to an individual file for testing.
