MPEG4 Java Applet
I am looking for a MPEG4 Java solution which is capable of taking raw compressed frames and decompressing them for display as standard Images.
I've looked into the IBM toolkit (http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/tk4mpeg4) but this apparently only streams full files from the web. The solution I am looking for would be used in a real-time streaming environment.
If necessary I can provide a windows application that is capable of taking raw video from a web-cam or other source and after compressing each frame it will write the frame to an individual file for testing.
