two problems with Outlook and Exchange

In my Outlook only (the rest of the office is fine).... I need to click Send/Receive to send or receive email from the Exchange Server and I cannot expand Public Folders.

I did remove outlook and reinstall.

Just a guess.  Click on Tools, Email Accounts, View existing... and click Next, then Change.  Make sure "Use cached mode" is not checked.

Okay...that removed the problems. Thanks.

Then turned it back on and it still works.
