Name of coldfusion .exe file that connects to the mail servers

Does anyone know the name of the .exe file that Coldfusion uses to connect to a SMTP mail server?  Also the location of it would be helpful as well

i believe it's not an exe it's a jar file

C:\CFusionMX7\lib\mail.jar
