Hi All,

I would like to document my code. In vb6 i used ProjectAnalyzer which is a brilliant tool and I know that the latest version handles VS2005. However, I am looking for something that is freeware, or if there is a way to do it through the IDE or an Add-on.

Thanks

vb 2005 has a built-in XML documenter. just type ''' (three apostrophes) in VB.NET or /// (three slashes) on C# before any method, class or variable and it will pop up the documenter automatically.

here's a good link: http://www.codeguru.com/csharp/.net/net_vs_addins/visualstudioadd-ins/article.php/c8771/

hope it helps

Hi newyuppie,

I have had a look at that, and its a bit more involved than just some app or addin, taking a copy of your code and being able to print or exportit. Sure vb could do it, but I would have to do it manually...so still looking for a good, fast efficient and hopefully not too user intensive way.
