I have a server with Microsoft CRM running. Somebody wanted to be helpfull and installed it without reading the implementation guide...

Now i have to following problem.

There is a section (i have dutch version so i dont know the english terms for it) in with you can change the prefixes for orders, invoices etc. Now what want to edit is the Field below that (i think its called Number in english.) it is the part with the 01000..

INV-01000-XXXXXX

Anybody know how i can change that? The field is Read Only right now...

Thanks

Just because your "helper" didn't read the implementation guide doesn't mean that you shouldn't either... I'm not saying this to be coy... just that there are many things you may want to customize in addition to the Invoice Attribute:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=nl&FamilyID=1ff067f8-4f77-40f0-ae9c-68ada7d4f16a

Just search for "Customize Attributes" (but in Dutch).

Thanks for the response.

I found it myself already. I was able to change it in the database (after a lot of searching)
