you dont want him to change his profile at all? change ntuser.dat no ntuser.msn (roaming profiles right)

you mean after setup user profile i must change the hiden file extation from &nbsp;(ntuser.dat) to (ntuser.msn)<br />

i have windows server 2003 SP1 with &nbsp;internal domain (oil.com) and i have 20 user i want to setup user profile for each user how i can do that <br />
and i want to run word program automatic &nbsp;when login the user <br />
can i prevent user from install ane addational program <br />
i want from user (10 user) to run only word program <br />
and from the other user to run &nbsp;onle excel program<br />
