setup  user profile in windows 2003

hi
i have windows server 2003 SP1 with  internal domain (oil.com) and i have 20 user i want to setup user profile for each user how i can do that
and i want to run word program automatic  when login the user
can i prevent user from install ane addational program
i want from user (10 user) to run only word program
and from the other user to run  onle excel program

how i can do that

you need to configure software policies with GPO and also configure a policy to start certain programs.....use this guide and find what you want

iam setup user profile but the user can change this profile
how i can prevent user from change its profile

you dont want him to change his profile at all? change ntuser.dat no ntuser.msn (roaming profiles right)

you mean after setup user profile i must change the hiden file extation from  (ntuser.dat) to (ntuser.msn)
