Greetings.

I want to set up a customer service type email account. I am new to exchange and want to know how to set up an initial auto mail to each new email address that makes contact with us.

Any scheme or advice for successfully implementing a customer service type email and management of flow of emails will be great too.

Thank you. J

you can set up a rule in outlook to autoreply to anything that hits the mailbox. this will be a server side rule, so outlook does not need to remain setup, you only have to log into it the one time to set up the rule.
