Does anyone have a ready-made script in PHP to upload a file in a folder and create a 100px wide pic in a Thumbs subfolder of the Images folder?

Thank you.

Hi gianchi66,

You should ask Community Support to move this question to the PHP area...

Thank you, Jason. I suspected there might have been a PHP area, but I couldn't find it.

Actually, I solved the issue. I had written a script but was having trouble with it. Then, I realized the web space provider had set the permissions so that I couldn't add files to the thumbs folder...

They're overseas, and every time you have to go through a ticket to get something done and it takes a few days, so I think I'll just add a suffix to the thumbs and call it a day.

Okay, great.

Just to make it a Dreamweaver issue, there ARE canned extensions that allow non-programmers to upload and resize.  Some free, some not:

The above two are a bundle.

George Petrov (who, I believe, runs DMX Zone) must be a millionaire!!!

I don't know what's in those bundles, but if he is selling at those prices, he's driving a Rolls-Royce!

Believe it or not, those prices are about average.  If you keep Googling, you will eventually find some free ones.  I ran out of time at work today to run them down for you.

In any event, post a request in Community Support to PAQ and Refund this question, as you answered it yourself.
