QuickID and INI file, network installation?
I have over 100 people on a Domain. As an administrator, I'd like to install QuickID.exe on all their systems in order for them to always have their username/IP address shown on their screen, so i can get it from them quicker. I'd also like to put the configured .ini file (it's set to display just their user name and IP address) in all their windows directories.
What would be the best way to do this, other than a batch file (since i'd have to have the .ini configuration file copied to their windows directories as well) and i'm only needing to do a one-time install.
Windows 2003 server / with domain name and active directory users
