"The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your security setting"

When I try to print a document in Word 2003 I keep getting the following message "The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your security setting". I've check the macro security settings and its set low. How do I get ride of this error message so I can print my documents?

This instruction for MS states your error message and mentions Medium security settings as well as some other steps to take.
