Folder Share Monitor

We want some software that will monitor our file server and when a file is created on that server's share that is say larger than 250MB
that it will send us an email to notify us with the users name and file info, such as path, size, type.  Can anyone recommend anything?

On the microsoft side, Windows 2003 R2 had some of these capabilties built in, and MOM can do this.

3rd party utilities include BMC patrol,
