Error printing outllook documents

I have a network HP printer that I can not print emails to in Outlook 2003. I can copy the email content into word and it prints fine. It just will not print emails. I keep getting "this document failed to print" any ideas?

Greetings, larsrosberg !

1. You may need to re-register a file. Go to Start > Run and type regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
and hit OK

2. If no joy, reset the printer file. With Outlook close, do a search for and rename outlprnt file. Restart Outlook.

Outlprnt is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook or C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Best wishes!
