SQL server 2005 from command prompt

I When trying to install SQL 2005 get the following:

Edition Change Check (warning)

   Messages
      Edition change check

      To change an existing instance of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to a different edition of SQL server 2005, you must run SQL Server 2005 setup from the command prompt and include the

    SKUUPGRADE = 1 parapmeter

Ok... i get that but I don't know how to run SQL server 2005 from the command prompt at all.

-Click Start->Run...
-Enter "cmd" and hit enter or click ok
-Change to the directory or cd drive that you are installing SQL Server from by first switching to the drive that the SQL Server 2005's "setup.exe" file is on and then the directory as such (following example assumes that your CD Drive is drive leter D)
Type "D:" and hit enter.

- Run setup.exe with any parameters you need by typing the following and then hitting enter:
setup.exe SKUUPGRADE=1
