Faulting Application w3wp.exe caused parts of IIS to crash

Hello. I just received this error message this morning:

Message:         Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, faulting module mscorsvr.dll, version 1.1.4322.2300, fault address 0x00059a09.
Data:       Application Failure w3wp.exe 6.0.3790.1830 in mscorsvr.dll 1.1.4322.2300 at offset 00059a09

As of now Remote Web Workplace, companyweb, etc. aren't working. OWA is working though. I have stopped and started all of the virtual websites in IIS but that didn't work. I also started the ASP .NET State Service since I read that needed to be started.

Any ideas what happend and what I can do to correct this?

Thanks.

ASKER

I think I have resolved the problem. I went in to the IIS manager and restarted each of the application pools. After I did that, I got the following message in the event viewer: RPC Proxy successfully loaded in Internet Information Services (IIS) mode 6.0.

Any comments?
