I'm installing Real VNC Server on some user's PC's.  I running the Viewer.  Having trouble pinging.

I'm the administrator here and have the Viewer running on my laptop.  Users have the Server running.  I know everyone's IP address.  They can ping me but I can't ping them.  Why?
