Deploying Visual Studio 2005 C# .NET Smart Device Applications to an Emulator

In Visual Studio 2005, I have created a Smart Device Windows CE 5.0 application.  I want this app to run on a CE device emulator.  When I try deploy the app, the list of deployment choices pops up, but does not include a CE emulator.  It includes a Pocket PC Emulator and a CE Device.  Where do I get a CE Emulator for VS 2005 and how do I install it so that VS 2005 can find it when I try to deploy my app?    Thanks.

When i build a CE project on my pc:
Then it creates this for example:
DeviceApplication1 -> c:\DeviceApplication1\DeviceApplication1\bin\Debug\DeviceApplication1.exe
You could run that on your normal pc without an emulator. But i think you need some CE sdk for an emulator because there is not an emulator included standard

Ok, I can do this, but I can't get a feel for the actual size of the screen.  Guess I can live with that til I'm ready to deploy to the device.  But when I run the app, I get a MissingManifestResourceException.  I just started using VS 2005 (I was using 2003 and didn't have this problem). Is there some migration issue between the two VS versions about resources and smart devices?  Guess I should post this as another question.  I'll make sure to assign the points to you.

I downloaded this and installed it, but it does not show up in the deploy dialog when I try to deploy my CE application.  Do I need to add it to Visual Studio somehow?

I doubt it will integrate in vs 2005, it's more like a stand alone emulator afais.
