Deploying Visual Studio 2005 C# .NET Smart Device Applications to an Emulator

In Visual Studio 2005, I have created a Smart Device Windows CE 5.0 application.  I want this app to run on a CE device emulator.  When I try deploy the app, the list of deployment choices pops up, but does not include a CE emulator.  It includes a Pocket PC Emulator and a CE Device.  Where do I get a CE Emulator for VS 2005 and how do I install it so that VS 2005 can find it when I try to deploy my app?    Thanks.

When i build a CE project on my pc:
Then it creates this for example:
DeviceApplication1 -> c:\DeviceApplication1\DeviceApplication1\bin\Debug\DeviceApplication1.exe
You could run that on your normal pc without an emulator. But i think you need some CE sdk for an emulator because there is not an emulator included standard

Ok, I can do this, but I can't get a feel for the actual size of the screen.  Guess I can live with that til I'm ready to deploy to the device.  But when I run the app, I get a MissingManifestResourceException.  I just started using VS 2005 (I was using 2003 and didn't have this problem). Is there some migration issue between the two VS versions about resources and smart devices?  Guess I should post this as another question.  I'll make sure to assign the points to you.

I downloaded this and installed it, but it does not show up in the deploy dialog when I try to deploy my CE application.  Do I need to add it to Visual Studio somehow?

I doubt it will integrate in vs 2005, it's more like a stand alone emulator afais.

HOW TO USE:
Click Start > All Programs > Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 > Device Emulator.

Choose the Emulation Project Kit that you want to run. By default, one Emulation Project Kit is available. If you download additional Emulation Project Kits, those kits will also be listed.
